Noble Hop Bierhaus Grand Opening in former McNally's Taproom

Noble Hop Bierhaus

Hillsboro, Oregon is quickly filling up with new beer bars and taprooms, this Saturday one of the most notable new spots - Noble Hop Bierhaus - officially celebrates their grand opening. Noble Hop has came into the former McNally's Taproom which was itself a very good beer bar.

The space in historic downtown Hillsboro's Tokola Properties landmark project is also key, The new construction is a corner property with glass and brick facades, high ceilings, exposed pipes and a huge garage door that will open for patio seating and live music in the summers.

Mike Soto and Neal Glaske both have experience in hospitality and craft beer respectively. Soto owns Pizzario across the street and worked in a more corporate side of the hospitality business at places like Thirsty Lion pubs and TGIF. Glaske is a certified cicerone and spent the last four years working for Point Blank Distributing, he's also a Hillsboro native.

Noble Hop is a combination of beer bar and sports bar. The 22 taps will pour 18 different beers, 3 different ciders, and 1 kombucha. 3 cooler doors of bottles and cans are available for on premise or off-site consumption. Download the DigitalPour app to keep up on the current selection listing ALL the options rotating at Noble Hop.

With 4 big screen tv's, Noble Hop wants to be a spot to catch the games from March Madness, NBA, Football, Baseball, Timbers and even Nascar races. The taproom will also keep busy with regular trivia nights and special tappings, or even private event party rentals.

The kitchen at Noble Hop is serving up simple, but filling Americana fare like locally handmade pretzels with warm cheese fondue, classic German beer brats, chili and a selection of salads are also on the list. If that doesnt strike your fancy, you can order from the full Pizzario menu across the street.

Grand opening festivities are planned for Saturday, February 8th with specials, giveaways and local food trucks [including Boro Burger] from 3 - 10pm. Noble Hop’s kitchen will be closed for Saturday only, and they will not be offering flights of beer for this one day only in an effort to keep lines moving, instead it will be all 16oz & 10oz pours.
