NW Cider Club celebrates Big Sky Country
Limited beer clubs are all the rage, but have you tried a curated cider club? Well the Northwest Cider Association is going out of their way to hand select curated boxes that ship direct to your door with the NW Cider Club. The next quarterly shipment is the ‘Big Sky Country’ box with all Montana and Idaho ciders and apples. By subscribing, you are supporting the member-driven nonprofit of orchardists and cidermakers, and getting to experience ciders from the northwest that you wouldn’t normally be able to find locally.
More info from the press release:
To drink in big sky country is to drink in a vast, expansive landscape with a mind and heart all it’s own. The current NW Cider Club release is packed full of special gems from this region of magnificent glacier-capped mountains, deep azure lakes, snaking rivers, rolling prairies and fertile, apple tree dotted valleys that a hearty handful of cider crafting adventurers call home. This not-to-be-missed line up includes: classics like North Fork Traditional from Montana’s oldest cidery, Montana Ciderworks, brand new releases like Montana grown Farmhouse and Dry & Dandy Sparkling Cider from Missoula’s Western Cider (the latter being crafted in the Pét-nat, “naturally sparkling” style). This release explores the depth and nuance of Bitterroot Valley McIntosh apples in Lockhorn Hard Cider’s Montana McIntosh Bitterroot Valley Brut and Bauman’s McIntosh single varietal and also includes new Idaho nanocidery, Cedar Draw’s cardamom infused Spice Queen and Boise’s Meriwether Cranberry Crosscut for some spice, fruit and seasonal cheer.
How It Works: Each subscription box is delivered quarterly in December, April, June and September. There are four club choices: 1. Elevated Club includes four 750ml (wine sized!) bottles 2. Discover 12 Club: doubles up on the Discover ciders, receiving two of each selection (a total of twelve ciders!) 4. Elevated + Discover Club: includes all 10 ciders This newer club option is the fastest growing favorite as it includes the full flight from both clubs. NW Cider Club is available for delivery to home or business in 39 states.
