Ecliptic Brewing Collaborates with Reuben's Brews on Crimson Star Hazy Double Pomegranate IPA

Ecliptic Brewing has a new chapter in its Cosmic Collaboration Series this time with Seattle's Reuben's Brews on Crimson Star Hazy Double Pomegranate IPA. These collabos have always been interesting from session barley wines to IPAs with pinot noir juice, and this one sounds like another must try.More from a press release:“As our team went through this year’s planning, we found that Reuben’s Brews was on everyone’s Cosmic Collab wish list,” said Owner and Brewmaster of Ecliptic, John Harris. “We were lucky enough to make it happen and when working with Adam Robbings (Co-Founder and Brewmaster of Reuben’s) on the brew we decided to go with a hazy beer but play with it a bit.” explained Harris. In a time where hazy beers are found in almost every bar and bottle shop in the northwest, seeing how breweries ‘play’ with or further experiment with the style is something to look forward to.  Named after a reddish star hidden in the fur of Lepus the hare, Crimson Star is a Hazy Double IPA brewed with pomegranate and guava and dry hopped with Citra, Azacca, Ekuanot, and Motueka hops.About Crimson Star Hazy Double Pomegranate IPABrewed with our friends at Reuben’s Brews, Crimson Star fuses juicy and citrusy hop aromas with crisp pomegranate notes, igniting them in a hazy flavor storm.   ABV  9%For high res bottle image, visit here. For high res label image, visit here.Ecliptic + Reuben’s Crimson Star will be celebrated with release events in both Portland and Seattle.  Details below. Portland:
