A Reuben's Brews Portland Beer Dinner at Quaintrelle

New Portland restaurant Quaintrelle on N. Mississippi Ave. hosts their first ever brewers dinner with Seattle's Reuben’s Brews on Thursday, October 11th. Quaintrelle is from chef Bill Wallender of the acclaimed Ava Genes and is already getting rave reviews especially for exciting seasonal salads and Eater highlighted "dishes like lightly-battered-and fried squash blossoms drizzled with chili-infused honey and sheep's cheese dumplings in blistered cherry tomatoes."Executive Chef Ryley Eckersley will create a seasonal five-course, family-style dinner paired with six offerings from Reuben’s Brews, including a rare beer shared exclusively for this dinner.Dishes will include braised lamb, radicchio variegato and smoked scallops, all prepared to highlight the nuances of the beers being served for the evening. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are $55 including gratuity, food and beer pairings. For reservations, please call Quaintrelle at 503-200-5787. “Pairing food with beer is ideal because even if it’s a light, floral, even dainty beer, it’s still more robust and easier to pair with food than wine,” says Eckersley. “Reuben’s Brews has a wide-variety of highly-decorated, tasty beers and a family-centric business model that we are proud to support.”About QuaintrelleLocated in Portland’s bustling N.
