Then growing out of the garage and transforming a derelict carpet store into a living room for the community. Our goal is to build a multi-generational business where employees and customers are treated like family. Oregon City Brewing is a new American brewery, the product of our thriving Oregon craft beer culture, shaped deeply by Oregon City values: quality craftsmanship and a spirit of innovation. “We were born and raised in Oregon City and most of our family still lives there,” co-owner Bryce Morrow says. The last time there was a brewery in downtown Oregon City was 1895 by Henry Weinhard. Oregon City Brewing aims to do Henry proud by pioneering beer for the Pioneer City. As we started exploring what we could do with OP Wurst, Elias got excited about the time he spent in Switzerland where “pub food” was rich with Alpine flavors and paired perfectly with traditional beers. It was those memories that influenced the direction of the new menu and focus of the restaurant. The goal is that The Olympia Provisions Public House will feel like a neighborhood pub that you would walk into in an Alpine town. While we will still offer our classics like the bratwurst and frankfurter, the menu will have a wider range of offerings, from a delicious hamburger to a classic Wiener Schnitzel wrapped in our delicious Landrauchschinken. There will also be smaller bites like house-made German pretzels and an Alpine-focused charcuterie board with salami, rillettes, pickles, rye bread and more!
