2019 Sip of Spring Beer Festival returns to Rossi Farms

The 2nd annual Sip of Spring beer festival is a rare example of a craft beer event serving the outer eastside of Portland. The 2019 Sip of Spring takes place on Saturday, May 18th at Rossi Farms, an urban farm with a barn and verdant views, at 3839 NE 122nd Ave. in Portland. Event hours are 11am to 9pm.

The festival will showcase 13 small Oregon craft breweries, each pouring two beers apiece, plus one Oregon cidery. Attendees can taste spring sippers from Breakside, Crux, Culmination, Gateway, Gigantic, Ecliptic, Level, Little Beast, Migration, Montavilla, pFriem StormBreaker, Upright and Bauman's Cider. A complete list is available at SipofSpring.com.

“Spring beers are in bloom all over the city,” explained Preston Weesner, event general manager. “This festival provides a venue to gather with friends and enjoy a beer––or a cider––outside on a working farm in the city limits, with a view that is unparalleled.”
