Von Ebert Pils 6-Packs and new 16oz Cans

Von Ebert Brewing is releasing their first beer in 12oz cans and 6-packs, but they aren't leaving behind the popular 16oz format either. Von Ebert Pils was canned up fresh yesterday in a new smaller format suited to hoarding for pandemipocalypse. Wolf Summoner, another new release has a fresh 16oz can label and a small batch beer called Phase Inducer IPA may also still be available.

“With the sudden shift in the way consumers are enjoying our beer, we’re trying to be versatile and give everyone as many options as possible,” said Sam Pecoraro, head brewer, Von Ebert Pearl. “Getting our flagship Pils into a twelve ounce format allows us to send one of our favorite beers to distribution and hopefully into the hands of more fans of German-inspired lagers.”

Von Ebert Pils is a 4.9% ABV German-inspired pilsner that uses Hallertau Mittlefruh and Saphir hops, along with a blend of pilsner malts. The beer is dry and floral with crackery notes.

Wolf Summoner, a 6.4% ABV and 79 IBU American IPA with Rakau, Galaxy, and El Dorado hops, was canned for the first time earlier this month. The strong reception to the beer’s tropical fruit flavors led to this second canning.

Phase Inducer, is a 7.3% ABV American IPA with Galaxy, Simcoe, Chinook & Citra – Primary organoleptic analogies: ripe grapefruit and pine. Secondary organoleptic analogies: fresh hop-like and tropical. This IPA was originally developed with Belmont Station to be brewed with them and released on draft for their 23rd anniversary.
