Olympia Provisions will transition their OP Wurst haus location on SE Division in Portland into the Olympia Provisions Public House featuring all Rosenstadt Brewery beers. The new reimagined location will open on May 1st and the other two Wurst Haus locations will later transition to feature some Rosenstadt beers as well.
Olympia Provisions announced in a new release:When Olympia Provisions was founded 9 years ago, Elias Cairo set out to do one thing: make the highest quality product using old-world traditions, recipes, and techniques. While OP Wurst was an American twist on Alpine sausage, we noticed that customers often gravitated toward the classics like bratwursts and frankfurters, while also requesting more offerings beyond sausage. Meanwhile, Elias has been musing about the time he spent in Switzerland where pub food is rich in Alpine flavors and pairs perfectly with traditional beer. Both customer requests and these fond memories have catalyzed the direction of the new menu and focus of our restaurant rebrand."We have decided to enhance our offerings with classic German-style beer made by Rosenstadt. When Elias met Nick and Tobias from Rosenstadt, he was immediately impressed with the quality and how the beer transported him back to those high elevation pubs. At our Division location, the Olympia Provisions Public House Eatery, the draft list will highlight seven German-style lagers. The Olympia Provisions Public House Annex at Pine Street Market will feature a rotating Rosenstadt tap and an Oregon City Brewing tap.
