Portland Beer Week and Threshold Brewing & Blending are teaming up to offer this safe pandemic oriented choose your own adventure style fresh hop festival starting October 2nd and running through at least October 11th. Organizers have curated a selection of popular breweries fresh hop cans from Oregon, Washington and California all available to-go or to enjoy on premise for as long as they last.



With the hop harvest in the pacific northwest coming to an end, many late season hops are now making their way into fresh hop beers getting canned in the coming days and weeks, Threshold Brewing's Genetic Mosaic Fresh Hop IPA included. More than a dozen different fresh hop beers are being delivered for the Stop & Go Fresh Hop Pick-Up Fest this week, with more on the way as we blow through these highly limited seasonal releases that are available for a short window each year.



Log on at threshold.beer to make your order remotely for touch-free curbside pickup or choose delivery, the Threshold tasting room is open to the public and will be featuring fresh hop guest taps from Wayfinder, Ruse, and Gateway as well as their in-house brewed Genetic Mosaic IPA made with fresh mosaic hops from Riverside Hop Farm in St. Paul, Oregon. The to-go fest begins on Friday, October 2nd and will run all the way through the fresh hop season over the following few weeks, or until the freshies run out.

Block 15 Brewing: Fresh Catch IPA

A fresh-hopped pale ale brewed with Willamette Valley strata fresh hops that we picked up at the hop farm hours before adding them to a custom "hop back" tank extracting vibrant notes of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, fresh berries. We teamed up again with Ashland artist Chris Herbts of Flow Factory NW for the label. 5.75% ABV



Bale Breaker/Cloudburst Brewing: Citra Slicker IPA

A collaboration with Seattle’s Cloudburst Brewing, Citra Slicker won 1st place at the 2016 Fresh Hop Festival. Heavily dry-hopped, while light in color and body, this beer is all about these fresh, farm-grown hops! 6.2% ABV | 70 IBU



Fort George Brewery: Fresh Hop Fields of Green IPA

This evolving series is an exploration of hop perceptions, pushing the limits of your lupulin receptors. Each batch is limited and brewed exclusively for the Pacific Northwest.

Brewed with fresh Citra hops directly from Coleman Agriculture.



Modern Times Beer: Arcosanti

Fresh-hop collab with Pueblo Vida in Tucson. Whole cone Strata hops & dry-hopped with Citra & Strata pellets. 7% ABV.



Sunriver Brewing: Zero Hour

We took two of your favorite things – fresh hops and hazy IPA and combined them into one convenient juicy package. Fresh hops provided to us by our friends at Coleman Farms in St. Paul, OR. Hops: Citra, Cashmere, Citra Cryo. 6.8% ABV.



Chainline Brewing: Fresh Hop Italian-style Pilsner

This Italian pilsner was hopped with wet Loral hops from Loftus Ranches in Yakima. We incorporated the fresh hops on the cold side with a newer process. Enjoy this fresh-hopped crispy boy with a nice lemon roundness and ultra smooth finish. 5.3% ABV.



Masthead Brewing: Wet Case Scenario Double IPA

The annual hop harvest in the Pacific Northwest is our brewers’ favorite time of year. We overnighted one of our favorite new hops, Strata, straight from the farm in Oregon to present you with Wet Case Scenario, a Fresh Hop Double IPA. Enjoy this unique flavor and aroma you only get once a year. 8.5% ABV.



Reuben's Brews: Fresh Hop Double Crush IPA

Fresh Hop version of our Double Crush imperial hazy IPA with fresh Citra hops. ABV 8%



Matchless Brewing: Fresh Fluff Fresh Hop Hazy IPA

This year we loaded it up with insane amounts of Fresh Citra from Carpenter Farm and Fresh El Dorado from CLS Farms All of this on a bed of the fluffiest malts we use for all of our fluffs including Pilsner malt, flaked oats, wheat, barley and as always... just a touch of honey malt to add a subtle sweetness and make it that magical orange color we all know and love! 6.8% ABV.



Gateway Brewing: Exit 7 IPA

The flagship Exit 7 IPA brewed with fresh Crystal and Centennial hops from Sauvie Island Hop Farm.



Crux Fermentation Project: Sabro IPA

With so many of our locally grown hop species originating overseas, it’s not every day we get to craft a true American original like this hazy IPA. Freshly harvested, this fully unfiltered expression of the Sabro hop - a unique variety bred from a wild hop native to the mountains of New Mexico - explodes with flavors of coconut, tangerine, and tropical fruit with a hint of cedar and creamy mouthfeel that’s anything but bitter. Stay wild! 6.5% ABV 45 IBU



Fremont Brewing: Cowiche Canyon

brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Ekuanot organic hops grown in the Cowiche Canyon of the Yakima Valley.  A certified Salmon Safe beer, we brew Cowiche Canyon ale in partnership with hop-growing wizards from the Yakima Valley in an effort to expand the organic hop industry in Washington State...Because Organic Hops Matter! A portion of all sales fund the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy. 



Old Town Brewing: Hopicana Fresh Hop Hazy IPA

Fruity tropical notes with hints of juicy pineapple, ripe mango, fresh strawberry and zesty orange; complimented by a lush hoppy aroma, finished off by a welcomed sweetness and pillowy mouthfeel. ABV: 6.8% Hops: Mosaic (fresh hops), Citra, Columbus, Amarillo

A clean 100% fresh mosaic hop IPA with moderate bitterness interacting well with mango and citrus notes. 7.3% abv IBU: 25-30 Fresh hop source: B&D Farms, St. Paul, OR*

This West-Coast IPA was fresh-hopped with Oregon-grown Strata. Fermented cool and clean to highlight the tropical fruit flavors and the heady aromas of citrus and sweet cannabis.



Ruse Brewing: Prefrontal Polaroid Fresh Hop Double IPA

Ruse teamed up with Denver, Colorado’s Cerebral Brewing on this one. Globs of fruity/dank fresh Strata combine with Citra and Motueka for a hop experience we are almost certain you will love.
