BITS AND BOBS

The experimental Bits & Bobs IPA is changed up every year to try out new hops, malts or processes that the brewers are playing with. This is Reuben’s chance to innovate and keep itself fresh on the latest trends and ingredients. For Winter/Spring 2021 the new Bits and Bobs malt bill has changed to include white wheat and caramel malts, along with pale malt, and the hops include a distinct blend of classic and new-school hops Azacca, Mosaic, Sabro, Citra, Chinook, and Columbus. Bits and Bobs is available now at the Reuben’s Taproom, To-Go Store, and in broad distribution across the Pacific Northwest.
