Burgerville Hopyard Cheddar Burger returns

Local pacific northwest fast food chain Burgerville is bringing back their Hopyard Cheddar Burger for their 60th anniversary. Last seen on the menu during the 2020 Oregon Craft Beer Month, the grass-fed Carman Ranch beef burger is topped with hop-infused Hopyard Cheddar Cheese from Rogue Creamery. Also for the anniversary is a festive Cherry Cheesecake shake, both burger and milkshake are available through the end of April.

The Cherry Cheesecake shake will be in available both in dairy, and non-dairy versions made with Coconut Bliss. On March 10, Burgerville’s Birthday, a dairy-based cheesecake bite will garnish the top. The cheesecake is made by Chuckanut Bay Foods from Blaine, Washington. 

 

The Hopyard Cheddar burger first appeared on the menu in 2019, and this will be the first time it is paired with Carman Ranch grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Northwest grown, organic green hops impart a subtly herbal, bitter flavor to Rogue Creamery’s classic cheddar, a delightful combination on this special burger.

Guests can order the Hopyard Burger, Cherry Cheesecake shake, or any other Burgerville treat using the BV app, also available from the Apple Store or Google Play. Curbside pickup or delivery are available. LocalVille rewards members will receive special Burgerville birthday perks throughout the month of March. 

 

As always Burgerville continues to follow strict food safety guidelines. According to the CDC, there is no current evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food. All restaurant teams are following state and local health and safety guidance by wearing masks, social distancing in kitchens, frequently disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and changing gloves often. Burgerville’s expanded paid sick leave policy encourages and supports all employees to stay home if they or their family members are sick.
