StormBreaker Brewing announces 11 Fresh Hop beer releases

“This is without a doubt our most favorite time of the year,” says StormBreaker Brewing co-owner Dan Malech.

The N. Portland mainstay has become a popular destination on both Mississippi Ave. and St. Johns area pubs, and last year the New School named them the best Oregon Fresh Hop brewer of the year. This season the StormBreaker team plans to continue last years successful run of a wild (and wide) variety of beer styles made with fresh hops, and perhaps even top it.

“We went big during last year's Fresh Hop Season, but we're going even bigger this year!” says Malech. “ There is nothing like the smell of fresh hops throughout the brewery and emanating from the glass.”

This year the brewery will release atleast 11 fresh hop beers, 9 of those will be in cans, and atleast 2 more exclusively on draft. All cans will be available at the pub, around town at your favorite shops, and available for Home Delivery via their website as soon as they are ready (no presales.)

StormBreaker Fresh Hop Release Schedule:

“We have a plan for each beer, but Fresh Hop Brewing is tricky. We will adjust as needed, so don't be surprised if you find a different fresh hop in any of these beers once released,” says Malech as a pre-eminent warning that details from this calendar of releases is subject to change.
