Modern Times Portland Belmont for Lease

Not to be confused with the upcoming Living Haüs Beer Co. going in next door, Modern Times Beer’s Portland location the Belmont Fermentorium is now on the market as a turnkey lease. Opened in 2018, Modern Times relocated the taproom side of the operation around the corner to 600 SE Belmont in November 2019 so they could expand production in the former Commons Brewery space and add a rooftop bar in the new area. After major financial troubles and an unexpected closure in February its now available as a nearly complete package with all the bells & whistles necessary for a successful restaurant/brewery.

The space offers both first class dining including a rooftop deck with views of downtown Portland, as well as production, storage and canning opportunities on site. The building was fully upgraded in 2019 for a large Modern Times Brewery restaurant/tasting location.
