Not to be confused with the upcoming Living Haüs Beer Co. going in next door, Modern Times Beer’s Portland location the Belmont Fermentorium is now on the market as a turnkey lease. Opened in 2018, Modern Times relocated the taproom side of the operation around the corner to 600 SE Belmont in November 2019 so they could expand production in the former Commons Brewery space and add a rooftop bar in the new area.
