Trusty Brewing’s Corner Window IPA was named ‘Best IPA in Vancouver’ by Willamette Week in 2016, the same year the brewery opened. Production takes place at a small taproom equipped 3.5 bbl brewhouse situated in a lower level with pub goers able to peer down from the main level onto the brew deck and production operations.

The opportunity to turnaround the brewery includes the benefits of a full taproom and kitchen with an outdoor patio that seats 50. The current kitchen puts out items like sandwiches, salads, pretzels, and a kids menu designed to cater to a broad crowd. Features include a live stage and sound system for performances, and a flat screen TV over the bar. Trusty Brewing ownership is apparently getting out of the business because of family matters, and the brewery and taproom are still in operation and haven’t went out of business. So an alternative option would be to carry on the Trusty Brewing brand with a new owner. The current seller willing to offer terms of 40% down with remainder over 60 months at prime, but a new lease would have to be signed onto this fall but the building owner is supposedly amenable to a renewal.
