Pike Brewing opens new Taproom near Seattle’s Summit Convention Center

Seattle, Washington’s Pike Brewing has been going through some big changes to better position the veteran craft brewer for the new age of increased competition. After opening a new Pike Brewing Taproom in Ballard, to moving their production out of their original home adjacent to Pike Place Market, their latest news is a third spot, the Pike Taproom Summit, located in the heart of downtown Seattle adjacent to Seattle’s Convention Center, Summit.

Pike’s selection of craft beers pair to a variety of gourmet hot dog and brat options at the edge of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Offering seating for 13 guests inside and 24 guests outside, the small but mighty taproom is intended for takeout, post-work pints, breaking up a long conference day or grabbing a bite before a downtown show.

Beer aficionados can seek out Pike’s impressive selection of craft beers, showcasing a diverse range of flavors and styles, meticulously curated to cater to every palate. From classic ales to bold and innovative IPAs, Pike Taproom Summit’s will serve as a community hub meant to melt away the Seattle Freeze and encourage locals and visitors alike to soak in Seattle’s rich arts and culture scene.

The seven hot dogs and brat options gracing the menu range from the hometown favorite Seattle Dog to a classic Chicago Dog, Cajun Dog and more. Vegetarians and cider drinkers will also find options for a tasty sip and a bite.

Situated at the bustling intersection of Pine Street and Boren Avenue, Pike Taproom Summit boasts a stylish and inviting interior, providing a warm and welcoming ambiance for patrons. Popular hometown favorites Piroshky Piroshky Bakery and Monorail Espresso sit adjacent to Pike’s newest location as well.

"We are thrilled to open our latest Pike Brewing taproom location to welcome locals and visitors alike to experience a Pike craft beer paired with the perfect gourmet hot dog,” said Drew Gillespie, President of Pike Brewing. “Our growth and expansion now provides us with yet another avenue to connect with the diverse communities across Seattle that make our city so great.”
