Rogue Ales “You’re Dead to Me” a Dead Guy Halloween Pop-Up Bar
Rogue Ales & Spirits is transforming their longtime southwest Portland Rogue Hall space into the Dead Guy Bar for spooky season, and hosting their own pop-up “You’re Dead to Me.” From October 1st through November 5th, 2023, the Rogue Hall will become an immersive Halloween spectacle with instagram worthy decor and a curated selection of 13 special seasonal cocktails, loads of spooktacular Rogue beers, and live performances throughout the month.
The Rogue Hall is temporarily the Dead Guy Bar, and the “You're Dead to Me" pop-up wants to be the perfect place to gather with friends, family, or fellow Halloween enthusiasts. The spectacle starts as a backdrop for selfies, but is really a morning through night dedicated Halloween event. Starting with Bloody Mary Sundays to live music to Bingo and Scream Queens Carrie-Aoke with Portland's best drag queens, there's no shortage of thrills and chills.
"We wanted to create an experience that captures the essence of Halloween for adults," said Steven Garrett, Rogue Ales and Spirits President. "With 'You're Dead to Me,' we've transformed our Dead Guy Bar into a spooky haven where guests can indulge in the spirit of the season."

October 6th – From Seattle, punk band CHOP CHOP performs at 8pm

In case you missed it, Rogue’s iconic Dead Guy Ale is now an entire line of beers and a brand untoitself. Now there is the classic Maibock-style Dead Guy in a black and white can, alongside Dead Guy Pilsner in white, Dead Guy Pale Ale in purple, and Dead Guy IPA in green. Currently there is even a Dead Guy Double IPA in a tall boy red can. I guess that makes this Dead Guy Halloween.
Rogue Hall (Dead Guy Bar) is located at the base of The Vue Apartments, at 1717 SW Park Ave, Portland, OR 97201, near the PSU campus and the location of Portland’s year-round PSU Farmers Market.
