2 Towns Cider doubles down with 2 winter flavors
Fresh off of winning 2 medals and going 2 for 2 years at the Great American Beer Festival, 2 Towns Ciderhouse is celebrating their 15th anniversary and not 1 but 2 winter seasonal flavors.
2 Towns Ciderhouse is proud to celebrate 15 years of craft cider making with the release of a limited-edition anniversary cider. 2 Towns Anniversary Cider won gold and Huckleberry Cosmic Crisp® won a bronze at the 2025 GABF.
To mark the milestone, 2 Towns crafted a one-of-a-kind anniversary cider from heirloom apples including Smith’s Cider, Grindstone, and Ashmead’s Kernel, all grown locally by Pleasant Valley Cider Apples. Packaged in 375ml bottles, this special release is one for the apple connoisseurs.
For 15 years, 2 Towns Ciderhouse has led the charge in modern cidermaking, pioneering styles and setting industry firsts. From introducing the “Imperial” cider style in 2010, to being the first craft cider in cans (2014), 6-pack wraps (2015), and variety packs (2016), the cidery has consistently set new standards for the industry. In 2024, it made history again, helping Oregon become the first state where cider outsold craft beer. Today, 2 Towns produces the #1 non-alcoholic cider in U.S. grocery, ranks as the #2 cidery in the nation, and distributes to 17 states nationwide.
2 Towns Fall/Winter Seasonals:
Hollow Jack was originally made with locally grown caramelized pumpkins, cloves, nutmeg and sweet potatoes to give it a sweet baked spiced character. 2 Towns switched things up with the 2025 Hollow Jack and gave it a swashbuckling twist: pumpkin cider meets natural process Ethiopian coffee from Holderness Coffee Roasters.
Sled Zeppelin replaces Hollow Jack as the new winter seasonal.
Sled Zeppelin closes out our 2025 seasonal lineup with a wintery blend of Pacific Northwest apples, Oregon-grown cranberries, and a warm cinnamon finish. It’s bright, bold, and built for holiday sipping—and it’s available for a limited time only.
“Great cider starts with great fruit, and we’ve always believed in staying connected to the rhythm of the seasons,” shares Dave Takush, head cidermaker at 2 Towns Ciderhouse. “This winter, we’re showcasing Oregon cranberries for their vivid red fruit character, rounded out with a touch of cinnamon that adds warmth and depth. It’s bold, bright, and bursting with festive flavor; a cider that really rocks.”
