McMenamins stocks up for the holidays with special beers, ciders, parties, discounts, & raffles

McMenamins Breweries, Hotels & Historic Pubs of Oregon and Washington are ramping up to the holidays with 9 different seasonal winter beers and ciders to take home or enjoy at one of their many locations. Think a spiced IPA, chocolate-y stout, and crisp ciders and sweet cider. They’ve also created a great excuse to visit pubs with a special 12 beers of Christmas stamp and discounted beer promo for limited release holiday ales.

McMenamins 12 Beers of Christmas is underway. Celebrate the season with at their Corvallis Pub, North Bank, Roseburg Station and Thompson Pub where they will be featuring a special beer every other day with special pricing too! $3.50 per glass, $5.50 per pint and $16 per pitcher! Plus, enjoying these holiday offerings will earn you raffle tickets with chances to win a McMenamins gift basket including a free overnight stay at Hotel Oregon.

Bottle Shop Birthday #10 Barrel Aged Ube Blonde Stout – Released 11/15/25 

Aged in Edgefield Distillery whiskey and rum barrels, this year’s batch is a celebration of flavor. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and oak are threaded through the background of ube syrup. Rich and complex, this Blonde Stout is worthy of the Bottle Shop’s 10 years. 

Special Techniques: Hogshead Whiskey and Three Rocks Rum Barrel-Aged 

Special Ingredients: Cold Brew, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla, Ube 

Malts: 2-Row, Munich Light, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Cara Blonde 

Hopes: Hallertau Blanc 

ABV: 9.3 

Longest Night Barrel Aged Barleywine – Released 11/14/25 

This version of our English Barleywine was aged in Fireside Port barrels. Its toffee and caramel flavors are accentuated by notes of dark berries, cooked plums, and raisins, thanks to its extended time in the barrel.  

Special Techniques: Fireside Port Barrel-Aged  

Malts: Marris Otter, Munich, Blonde Roast Oat, Caramel Steam, C-120  

Hopes: Mt Hood 

ABV: 10.6 

Lord of Misrule Banana Split Milk Stout – Released 11/21/25 

 2025’s iteration is creamy and decadent, like the banana split that inspired it. Aged in Edgefield Distillery’s Whiskey and Rum barrels we blended an Imperial Milk Stout with cacao nibs, cherry syrup, vanilla, and natural banana flavor.  

Special Techniques: Hogshead Whiskey and Three Rocks Rum Barrel-Aged 

Special Ingredients: Lactose 

Malts: Maris Otter Pale, Munich, Blonde Roast Oat, Chocolate, C-150, Extra Dark Crystal 

Hops: Chinook 

ABV: 9.75 

 

Barrel Aged Terminator Stout – Released 11/19/25 

A special edition of our famous Terminator Stout, aged in our Hogshead Whiskey barrels for a delicious one-off. The flavor is a fusion of coffee-like roasted barley and semi-sweet chocolate and some whiskey spirit, oak and vanilla.  

Special Techniques: Hogshead Whiskey and Three Rocks Rum Barrel-Aged 

Malts: 2-Row, Munich, C-40, Black, Chocolate Malt 

Hops: Chinook, Cascade 

ABV: 8.32 

 

Rubinator – Released 11/19/25 

Rubinator is a  combination of our classic Terminator Stout and Ruby, our standard Raspberry Ale. This concoction is usually mixed at the tap, but for this special batch, we infused these two in the keg.  

Malts: 2-Row, Munich, Crystal 40, Black, Chocolate Malt, Rolled Oats 

Hops: Chinook, Cascade 

ABV: 5.29 

Bottled Cider: Imperial Cuvee 

Cider made from 60% PNW apple cider and 40% Muscat from Owl Ranch Vineyard in Willamette Valley.  With notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, and lychee, this dry concoction is tart and refreshing with a crisp finish.  

Special Techniques: Co-Frement 

ABV: 9.0 

 

5th Floor IPA – Releases 12/9/25 

With aromas of grapefruit, orange and bright pine, these vibrant citrus flavors abound with earthy undertones and spice, providing noticeable balance.  

Malts: Superior Pilsen, Crystal 15, Rolled Oats 

Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial 

ABV: 6.84 

 

Pomegranate Cider - Releases 12/7/25 

The Pomegranate Cider is inspired by the unexpectedly gorgeous winter, sunny days and the warming weather. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing drink, rain or shine. 

Fruit: Pomegranate 

ABV: 6.1 

Kris Kringle – Released 11/14/25 

Toasty caramel and fig flavors evoke holiday delights, while two hop varieties, Simcoe and Mosaic, added in multiple stages deliver the gift of intense hop flavor and aroma.  

Malts: Northwest Pale, Munich, Wheat, Caramel Steam, Crystal 150, Baird’s Chocolate Malt 

Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic 

ABV: 6.84
