Heritage Fire Fest comes to the Willamette Valley

This Sunday, September 7th the Heritage Fire festival is coming in hot. The traveling Willamette Valley edition of a live-fire, open-air, culinary experience will bring the heat with top chefs, restaurants, wineries, and grilled and smoked meats is one of the top food & drink events of the year. All the way from Miami, Florida, Charleston, South Carolina, and Pebble Beach, California, this top culinary event from nationally recognized event producers a21 is making it’s only stop in Oregon at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinnville.

The all-inclusive, walk-around tour will feature free flowing drinks, and live entertainment while highlighting heritage-breed proteins and globally inspired grilling done al fresco. The offerings include a wide array of meats and heirloom vegetables from the region’s top family farms and local purveyors. Brought to you by top culinary event producers a21, Heritage Fire educates consumers and offers hands-on experience with honest food sourced straight from the farm. 

 

An all-star cast of top chefs from Napa and beyond will be on-site serving up delicious bites prepared over live fire. Participating talent includes Aaron Adams (Astera), Cameron Lee Dunlap (Morchella Restaurant), Cody Utzman (Bodhi Bistro), Deepak Saxena (DesiPDX), Harol Mendieta (Northport), Jeff and Shelley Akers (Bohemian Roastery Coffee), Jonah, Owen & Stacey Foust (Smok’n Gingers BBQ), Liberty Dilger (Disco Kitchen), Mary Cressler & Sean Martin (Vindulge), Matt Bennett (Sybaris Bistro), Shannon Feltus (Urban Farm Foods), Simone Savaiano (Mucca), Stevie Provencio (King Estate) and Tommy Shin (Masu).

 

Tickets include unlimited curated dishes, beverage pairings, live entertainment and more! After tour-goers enjoy a taste of each dish, they will have the chance to vote for the “Best Bite of the Day” and one Heritage Hero champion will be announced.
