Wilsonville’s Vanguard Brewing celebrates milestone 10th Anniversary
Wilsonville, Oregon’s Vanguard Brewing is raising a glass to ten years of craft and connection with a 10 Years of Making Beers Anniversary Party! on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The small independent, veteran-family owned craft brewery marks the milestone with a party made possible thanks to strong community support and new owners carrying on the legacy of co-founder Don Anderson after his tragic sudden passing in 2023.
The celebration will feature:

Founded in 2015 by Don and Lin Anderson, Vanguard grew out of Don’s passion for brewing and the couple’s dedication to creating a welcoming space for their neighbors and friends. Don’s legacy continues to shape the brewery’s story after his passing in 2023, with Lin helping to guide the taproom and team through this milestone year.
“Vanguard has always been about more than just beer,” said Lin Anderson, co-founder and general manager. “It’s about building community and creating a place where people feel connected. That’s what makes celebrating 10 years so meaningful.”
Today, Vanguard continues under the ownership of Ted and Silvia Minshall, longtime customers turned stewards of the brand. The Minshalls are committed to preserving the values that made Vanguard special from the start: great beer, veteran-family ownership, and an inclusive environment for all.
