BrewCycle Expands to Portland's Eastside
You can now drunkenly ride a communal multi-person bicycle around bars and breweries on the east side thanks to BrewGroup's expansion of their BrewCycle to Portland's eastside. BrewGroup is the company behind BrewCycle, BrewBarge and Back Pedal Brewing based in Northwest Portland. Their new eastside cycle rides commence this month.More from a press release:Craft beer aficionados can now embark on the newest BrewCycle ride with two different routes. The Bottoms Up route will stop at Burnside Brewing, Base Camp Brewing, and Rogue Eastside. The Triple Threat Route will stop at Schilling Cider House, Lucky Lab, and Loyal Legion. The Eastside rides will add onto BrewCycle’s current Westside offerings.BrewCycle is a multi-person bike that takes riders to different breweries around the city. Led by a BrewGroup driver, each ride stops at three breweries where riders have 25 minutes to enjoy a beer before jumping back on the bike and taking in the neighborhood sights.“We are thrilled to be expanding to the Eastside,” says Andrea Lins, founder and owner of BrewGroup. “A BrewCycle ride is the perfect way to experience Portland’s amazing beer scene; nothing builds camaraderie like a pub crawl on a giant bike.”BrewCycle rides are offered Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Bookings can be made online or by calling 971-400-5950.
