2018 Portland Beer and Cheese Fest Announces Pairings
The 7th annual Portland Beer and Cheese Festival returns this Saturday, June 16th as part of Portland Beer Week and has just posted the pairings. Like last year, this years Portland Beer and Cheese Fest will be held at The Bindery Annex where Culmination Brewing is, utilizing their buildings lobby and production spaces for beer, cheese, charcuterie and chocolate. As usual this is a pre-sale event and tickets usually sell out, luckily there is still some General Admission and VIP session tickets left. Each of the ten beer and cheese pairings were carefully curated and paired by beer week and master cheesemonger Steve Jones (of Cheese Bar, Chizu fame). An all inclusive ticket to the fest also includes complimentary charcuterie by McKenna Marketing with select meats and artisan chocolate from Xocolatl de David.
