Wildcraft Cider releases Beltane Dew Cyser and hosts Fiddlehead Festival
Wildcraft Cider Works will host its 2nd annual Fiddlehead Festival in Eugene, Oregon this April 26th and 27th. Wildcraft has also announced its next seasonal and first ever "Cyser" (a hybrid mead-cider) in the "Higher Arcana Series” called Beltane Dew. More info on that later...
Wildcraft's Fiddlehead Festival celebrates the new season and features releases of cellared barrels of wild harvested ciders, live music, all-ages activities and more. This is a real showcase for natural preservation via untampered spring yeast cultures from the area's locally stewarded lands says the cidery. "Stand with us as we stomp down and rise up to advocate for another season of truly wild land health and proper wild-crafted cider fermentation" writes the cidery in a release.

Beltane Dew - Wildcraft's first Cyser |
Help us to unveil our first annual spring addition to our Seasonal “Higher Arcana Series”, the Beltane Dew! Following up from our fall release of Witches Brew, and Krampus from winter; this first ever WildCraft Cyser is sweet merging of honey mead and wildcrafted heritage cider. This offering started with a small batch of organic mesquite flower honey that began to naturally ferment from theHummingbird Wholesale warehouse last February that was softened with water provided by McKenzie Mist directly out of Opal Springs. After a slow and clean wild ferment over 14 months, we continued with the addition of wild land harvested apples and botanical hydrosol to bring you spring inspired-seasonal cider, the Beltane Dew! |
