2019 Eugene Beer Week Event Lineup
This year, Eugene Beer Week officially starts on June 3, though a handful of events take place in the preceding days. Like all beer weeks, Eugene Beer Week is an amplified celebration of the local beer scene, with events like beer releases, beer dinners, brewfests, and brewery tours to get your ya-yas out and support our hardworking beer community. We asked the local breweries and beer bars to pick some of their events to feature here; all that responded are below.
This year, Eugene Beer Week is bookended with beer fests: The Bier Stein Invitational on June 1st, and the Eugene Brewshed Brewfest on the 9th. An updated event lineup can be found at eugenebeerweek.org
16 Tons
June 3, 5-8pm - Eugene Ale Trail party, featuring beer from breweries on, you guessed it, the Eugene Ale Trail. 16 Tons Cafe, 2864 Willamette St.
June 4 - Hazy IPA Fest featuring Great Notion at 16 Tons Taphouse & Bottleshop, 265 E 13th Ave.
Alesong Brewing & Blending
June 2, 1-8pm - 3rd Anniversary party and Canniversary IPA release. At Alesong Brewing and Blending's Tasting room. 3rd Canniversary IPA, brewed with SunRiver Brewing Co, available on draft and in 16 ounce 4 packs to go. Ol' Fashioned Ice Cream Social 2PM-5PM. June 3-6 - Fremont Brewing Pop-Up Pub - 25+ beers on tap, including Brew 3000 and other barrel-aged rarities, IPAs, and fun and funky stuff.
June 7 - Collaboration Release Party - On Beergarden's anniversary, they'll release collaborations with ColdFire (Brut IPA), The Wheel (HopStashFestBier), and Yachats Brewing (Strawberry Guava Kolsch)
June 8-9 - A Weekend with Alesong - This may be the most Alesong beers available on tap in one place….. EVER! More than a dozen new and vintage beers on tap. 777 W. 6th Ave
The Bier Stein Bottleshop & Pub
June 1, 12-8pm - The Bier Stein Invitational Beer Fest - 36 breweries & cideries pouring specially selected brews out in the parking lot. $25, 21+.
June 4 - Fort George 3-way Release featuring beer from all 3 collaborators.
June 5-6 - Tower of Sour - an extravaganza of acid, funk, and all that jazz
June 7-8 - Dungeon of Darkness *like tower of sour, but with stouts, porters, and the like. 1591 Willamette St.
Claim 52 Kitchen
June 4, 6pm - Supper Club - Four courses paired with select Claim 52 beers. $35.
June 7, 5-7pm - Beer release and t-shirt printing with Threadbare Printing. $10 for a freshly printed Claim 52 shirt. 1203 Willamette St.
ColdFire Brewing
June 1, noon - Barrel-aged beer release & Publican Party (11am early entry for Publican Club members) - six new beers aged in barrels and foeders, including blended, dry-hopped, and fruited wild and sour beer as well as an imperial stout.
ColdFire and Alesong Brewing are collaborating on a brew this year to release during next year's Eugene Beer Week. 263 Mill St.
Elk Horn Brewery
Elk Horn will be offering a flight of 5 IPAs for $10 during Eugene Beer Week. 686 E. Broadway
Falling Sky Delicatessen
June 2, 7pm - Spring Brewers Dinner - A seven course meal with beer pairings, including new releases. $49, tickets available here. 790 Blair Blvd.
Manifest Beer Company
Single Day release of Imminent Haze and $1.50 Manifest Best Lager in pint or can all weekend. The taplist will include 5 funky or sour beers and 4 IPAs and one really good light lager. Open Fridays 4-9pm, Saturdays 11am-8pm. 740 Willamette St.
Ninkasi Brewing
June 7, 6:30pm on the 3rd floor of the Admin Building, 155 Blair Blvd. - Beer vs. Wine Dinner. Ninkasi Brewing has teamed up with King Estate and Party Bar to bring you a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Six scrumptious courses have been designed to pair with the beer and wine selections perfectly. Pick your favorites to help decide who’s pairing was the best – beer or wine! $100 per seat. June 3-10 - Breakside Brewing Pop-Up Pub - 100% of the beer taps will be Breakside beer, all week long. Monday trivia and live music from Tuesday through Sunday. 418 A St., Springfield

June 3-9 - Eugene's Best IPA Challenge, a blind taste-off. "The Willamette Valley is home to many beautiful India Pale Ales. And we are proud to celebrate the epic selection our local brewers pump out right here in Eugene. WildCraft Cider Works & Oregon Brewshed Alliance
June 9, 11am-9pm - Third Annual Brewshed Brewfest. $10, tickets available here. A family friendly fest to benefit Oregon Wild, this fest will feature beer and cider from more than 15 Brewshed Alliance partners. There will be educational workshops, a raffle, and live music. 232 Lincoln St.
