Gigantic Brewing and Mikkeller release 'Fucking Classy' Brut IPA

Gigantic Brewing of Portland, and Mikkeller Brewing (Denmark-based soon-to-be Portland) have a new 'Fucking Classy' Brut IPA collaboration. Gigantic is releasing their new collabo this Friday, May 10th at ther taproom in cork and cage finished 750ml bottles, conditioned with champagne yeast.

This bubbly brut has intense mango, apricot and melon hop aroma a 
flavor. It finishes dry and refreshing.

The release will happen simultaneously on Friday May 10th in both 
Copenhagen and Portland. The Copenhagen release takes place at the 
Mikkeller Beer Celebration, where Ben and Van will be in attendance 
pouring Gigantic beers. At Gigantic we will be throwing a “Popping Corks 
Party” on that Friday (2-11p) and will be selling bottles for both in 
house pours and to go. The bottles retail for $10.

Gigantic Brewing has just 40 cases available with a limited number of kegs in distribution in the Portland-area.

Brut IPA

Brewed with our friend Mikkel, we took inspiration from his recent trip 
to Portland. Our Brut IPA is the classiest of beverages, loaded with 
Hallertau Blanc, Hüll Melon and Nelson Sauvin hops leading to pronounced white wine and tropical aromas and flavors.
