Cider pairs beautifully with cheese, almost as well as beer, so you should definitely take the opportunity to try some traditional English ciders with Oregon cheeses this Sunday at Cider Riot.

Sample 8 ciders and 4 perries from the West Country of England and Oregon paired with English and Oregon made cheeses. Three of Oregon’s premiere makers of traditional English-style ciders team up to present an afternoon of cider, perry, cidermaking exhibits, Scrumpy & Western music, and discuss the English cidermaking traditions, orcharding practices and why traditional bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples matter.
