PublicHouse hosts inaugural Seafood Fest

One of Oregon's best new taproom's, Springfield, Oregon's PublicHouse, is hosting their inaugural Seafood Fest Thurs. July 18th through Sun. July 21st.

Seafood Fest will be an event that features specialty seafood dishes from the food purveyors at PublicHouse, beers and ciders from the coast & live music.

This event, like other PublicHouse events, is for the community:  all ages are welcome to attend and enjoy.

Food Specials:  The 5 food purveyors at PublicHouse will be serving their individual seafood specials throughout the event. Here are some of the dishes you can expect to taste:  

  • 100 Mile Bakery  TBA
  • La Granada Latin Kitchen  Spanish Paella; Peruvian Seafood Taku Taku (shrimp and fish); Causa with crab
  • Sheild Cafe cioppino with baguette (Italian-American seafood stew); Tuscan Tuna sandwich with house chips & pickle; crab or shrimp cocktail; house crab cakes with roasted red pepper aioli
  • Pig & Turnip seared Shrimp kebab (mediterranean pita with shrimp); the “lox-meister” (salmon burger with garlic dill aioli) & Chef’s special seafood spaetzel
  • Lani Moku Grill  Garlic Shrimp tacos and Krab Rangoon

Featured Breweries:  Staying in theme, all of the taps will be pouring brews & ciders made at some of the best coastal breweries & cider houses. The full list will be available as the event gets closer, but you can expect to see pours from:

Live Music during Seafood Fest 2019. Year round PublicHouse is dedicated to providing live music for music lovers of all ages. There will be live music everyday out on the Arbor Bar Stage, featuring:

  • Thursday, July 18:  The Firestarters, 7:30pm
  • Friday, July 19:  Darline My Band, 5pm / Greg Nestler Band, 7:30pm
  • Saturday, July 20:  The New York Boys, 5pm / Men from S.U.R.F., 7:30pm
  • Sunday, July 21:  Anya Lecuyer & friends, 4pm
