Eugene, Oregon's Beergarden taproom and food cart pod is throwing their own Oktoberfest celebration, a 2-week extravaganza running from September 21 - October 6th, 2019. Each day of this event will feature a different brewery, host festive activities and live music. All 5 of the food trucks will be featuring German-inspired dishes.

Each year beergarden makes commemorative glassware for their Oktoberfest celebration.  In years past they have had 1/2 liter to full liter clear glass steins and boots. For the 5th Annual Oktoberfest they will carry commemorative ceramic steins while supplies last. Buy it full of your favorite Oktoberfest beer or just buy the stein. Munich traditionally kicks off Oktoberfest with the mayor pouring the first pint to open the festival. To honor this tradition, City Councilor Claire Syrett will pour the first pint at 5pm on Saturday, September 21st.

Food Specials will include:

  • Moi Poki. Hot Crab Beer Cheese Dip with Bavarian Pretzels.
  • Bounty Meat & Cheese. Long's Meat Market Bratwurst and mustard flight served with house made beet kraut. Also serving Streusel and German Chocolate Cake!
  • Lani Moku. Kastuschnitzel topped with a braised cabbage, served over rice
  • and more specials from Once Famous Grill & The Zingaro
