Skamania Lodge hosts Fall Fest on new Riverview Pavilion
This Saturday, take advantage of one of our areas best beer friendly getaways with a scenic trip to the gorge for Skamania Lodge's Fall Fest. Perched above Stevenson, Washington and looking down onto the river and Cascade Locks, Skamania Lodge is a pet-friendly golf course, restaurant, spa with zip lines, outdoor obstacle courses, axe throwing and much more. On Saturday, September 7th Skamania Lodge is holding their craft beer mini-fest (previously known as the Celebration of Beer) re-imagined as a Fall Fest. The event will be held on the lodge's front lawn with a majestic view of the gorge and featuring local brewers and vendors on their new Riverview Pavilion from 5-9pm.

Fall Fest will feature a host of Pacific Northwest wineries and breweries, live music and tasty food from Chef Matt Hale, who will be cooking at the Pavilion’s brand new barbecue. Bites include smoked beef brisket, beer brined kabobs and Everybody’s Brewing Mountain Mamma Sorbet. It’s a celebration of the bounty and offers an intimate look at the great producers of the region as Fall gets underway.
“We’ve previously done Celebration of Beer, but we wanted to utilize the new pavilion and give our guests a quintessential Gorge experience with wine, beer, music and sweeping view of the Columbia,” said Ken Daughter, General Manager of Skamania Lodge. “Our new Fall Fest really gives guests a chance to connect with some of the best producers of our great region.”
Skamania Lodge focused on bringing Gorge and Washington-based breweries, wineries and distillers to its inaugural Fall Fest, including Backwoods, pFriem, Full Sail, Double Mountain (who will pour Depeche Mode 2017), Everybody’s Brewing and Walking Man Brewing, while Washington wineries AniChe Cellars Winery and Cor Cellars will be pouring among others.
The event (21+) is 20 dollars (available for purchase day-of on site) and includes a pint or wine glass, plus four drink tokens. Guests can also enjoy games on the lawn, and compete with friends to see who will be the toss champ with games like corn hole and ladder ball as well as a growler painting area with Vine Gogh Artist Studio.
