Great Notion Brewing Beaverton Location Grand Opening
Great Notion Brewing & Barrel House (GNB) will open their 3rd location in Beaverton this Saturday, February 29th with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11am. Great Notion is best known for their hazy northeastern-style IPA's and pastry stouts and sours. The grand opening celebration for Great Notion Beaverton will be held at 230 NW Lost Springs Terrace, Ste 10, Portland, OR 97229 location!
Great Notion’s Beaverton space will feature 20 taps, house-smoked BBQ food, and beer to-go. The location is 2000 sq ft indoors with roll up garage doors leading to a beautiful elevated stone beer garden.
The culinary team at GNB NW 28th has created the GNB Beaverton menu. The BBQ menu will offer oak-smoked pulled pork, smoked shredded chicken thighs, Juice Jr. Hot Links, smoked Ota tofu, wagon wheelmmac and cheese, Double Stack baked beans, cauliflower coleslaw, pimento cheese pasta salad, 3 bean salad and more. GNB will also have homemade sauces, including Juice Jr. Hot Sauce, Radio Silence Piedmont sauce, Carolina Gold Mustard Sauce and Eastern Carolina Vinegar Sauce.
Construction was provided by Centrex Construction who also built GNB’s NW 28th location. Architecture plans were provided by Thesis Studio. A multi-shade green forest mural was hand painted by Brian Devine and large scale GNB-character artwork illustrated by Chad Eaton.
