Stormbreaker debuts Beer & Movie Pairing Packs for Delivery or Pick-Up
If there is a ray of light in between the doom and gloom of the current COVID-19 / Coronavirus shutdown of bars and breweries it's the creativity and resourcefulness of the industry. North Portland's Stormbreaker Brewing was one of the first breweries to offer a beer home delivery service and now have launched a beer and movie pairing pack so you can Netflix and chill with a brewski until this all blows over.
Last year for Portland Beer Week, Stormbreaker hosted an event called Drink Your Movie that featured an outdoor brewery screening of Charlie & The Chocolate Factory with certain scenes set to be paired with specific beers. Now Stormbreaker is taking that idea on the road with two different film pairing mixed packs that come with a script that tells you when to start sipping. Drink Your Movie packs are available to-go from Stormbreaker or for delivery, and the series kicks off with Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory and Avengers: Endgame. Each mixed pack comes with 5 or 6 beers respectively. Stormbreaker plans to feature new movies, scripts and beer pairings each week. Have a movie and beer pairing suggestion? Another new Stormbreaker offering is a COVID Birthday Add-on to orders. This is a nice additional service for people who have a birthday happening during these quarantined days alone.
