Von Ebert releases 6 New Packaged Beers

Von Ebert Brewing

Wolf Summoner, and Blameless Muse have been packaged for the first time at Von Ebert Brewing. The former are in 16oz cans and 500ml bottles respectively, they are just two of the six total new cans and one bottle release that became available this week from the Portland brewery's two locations.

Blameless Muse is the sole bottle release of the bunch, a foeder-aged Heritage Series beer made with Boardman, Oregon's Ordnance Brewing.

Named after a line in the William Wordsworth poem, Yarrow Revisited, Blameless Muse is a foraged farmhouse ale made with yarrow flowers, grand fir boughs, ponderosa pine needles, and brettanomyces. The 6.5% ABV beer with 20 IBUs features Mecca Grade Estate Malt and the foraged ingredients combine to give the beer arborous, earthy, and floral characteristics.

Wolf Summoner is an American IPA with Rakau, Galaxy, and El Dorado hops that give it notes of tropical fruit. The 6.4% ABV and 79 IBU IPA has previously been brewed as a taproom draft exclusive.

Axe to Grind is a 5.8% ABV 46 IBU American pale ale brewed with Chinook, Citra, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops. The beer delivers flavors of orange and stonefruit and is often available on tap during the Major League Soccer season. Axe to Grind was originally brewed for fans of Portland’s MLS soccer club, the Portland Timbers.
