Eugene Beer Week 2023 Events Calendar

Its “beer week” season in the pacific northwest, just as we wrap up Central Oregon Beer Week and Seattle Beer Week, its time for Eugene Beer Week and Portland Beer Week. Eugene Beer Week kicks off today, running Monday June 5th through Sunday, June 11th.

Featured Events:

• 16 Tons Cafe Craft Beer & Live Music Friday June 9 from 6-8pm featuring beers from Block 15.

• 16 Tons Taphouse & Bottleshop World Famous World’s Shortest Happy Hour returns Wednesday June 7th from 3:45pm-4pm.

• Hop Valley EUG Beer Week Promo Night with Swag and beer samples! Thursday June 8 from 5-7pm at First National Taphouse, 51 W Broadway in Eugene.

• Sasquatch Brewer’s Festival on Saturday, June 10 from 12pm-5pm at The Ninkasi Better Living Room.
  Breweries from across the Pacific Northwest and beyond participate in this fest with a limited-release or festival-specific beer made for Sasquatch. One of the big events of EBW is the 8th anniversary of beergarden, a top Oregon destination for food trucks, patio beers, and public house combination in a central setting. Beergarden beer buyer Brianna Gorden has teamed up with Alesong Brewing & Blending co-founder Matt Van Wyk on a week long Pairing and Tasting event.

6 Alesong brews were chosen- one for each of the food carts at beergarden, and each vendor chose their pairing beer:

• Pizza Alta will be pairing their Sausage, Gruyere, Broccolini with olive oil base pizza with Alesong’s Maestro, an English-Style Barleywine Aged in freshly-emptied Heaven Hill bourbon barrels

• Coco Loco will be pairing their Bacon loaded fries and homemade flan with Alesong’s Senior Rhino, a decadent imperial milk stout inspired by the flavors of a Mexican hot chocolate

• Lani Moku Grill will be pairing their Lani Burger topped with brown butter miso aioli, caramelized onion, crunchy lettuce and tsukemono with the Alesong / BG Anniversary Collaboration ale, the BG Bramble, a gin barrel-aged blackberry sour

• Nosh will be pairing with Alesong’s Rolling Mist, a dark farmhouse ale aged on spruce tip

• Moi Poki will be pairing their Lobster Poke Bomb (lobster, bacon, avocado) with Alesong’s Valley Preserves, a jammy sour ale

• Once Famous will be pairing with Alesong’s Mocha Rhino Suit, a bourbon barrel-aged imperial milk stout

Beergarden (Eugene, OR)

Beergarden will be featuring events and entertainment throughout the week including:

• Monday, June 5– beergarden will be releasing their 8th Anniversary Collaboration ale, the BG Bramble, a gin barrel-aged blackberry sour brewed with Alesong. In the evening, enjoy a night of board games and music with Beats & Boards, 6:30-9:30pm

• Tuesday, June 6- Trivia with Geo, 7pm

• Wednesday, June 7- BINGO with Ty Connor, 7pm

• Thursday, June 8- Live on the Patio with Singer-Songwriter, Young Jim Carr, 7pm

• Saturday, June 9- Live on the patio with Blues-Funk band, Ten Spiders, 7:30pm
