PDX Beer Week 2025 Event Highlights from the first 5 of 10 Days
The 15th annual Portland Beer Week kicks off this Friday, June 13th and runs through Sunday June 22nd with events at various venues across the metro-area. These are just a few of the highlights of the first 5 of the 10 days of Portland Beer Week:
Fri. 6/13 - PIZZA RIVALS: Wayfinder vs. Breakside

Breakside Brewery brewmaster Ben Edmunds and Wayfinder Brewmaster Natalie Baldwin were once colleagues, now they are battling it out as PIZZA RIVALS🍕🍕😡😡
Kickoff Portland Beer Week with a bitter battle for pizza and beer supremacy as each brewer collaborates with Pizza Thief chef Darby Adalco on a custom pizza designed to their specifications. With 2 specialty pizzas on tap, each brewery will also have 3 beers featured to pair their slices up with while YOU the thirsty/hungry fans will decide who did it best.
The winners pizza will stay on the menu at Pizza Thief for the remainder of Portland Beer Week through June 22nd.
Sat. 6/14 - SPILE & SPIGOT: CASK & FIRKIN BEER FEST
SteepleJack Brewing, 2400 NE Broadway, Portland, OR 97232
SteepleJack Brewing hosts the 4th annual Spile and Spigot cask and firkin beer fest on Saturday June 14th from 12-6PM. This event is showcase of beers from a wide variety of west coast breweries representing the art of traditional British-style cask beer.
Beers from gravity poured, lightly carbonated firkins, to hand drawn, pump poured real ales will showcase a broad variety of American and European-styles of ales and lagers.
Tickets to this limited time event include a custom Spile & Spigot branded 10oz glass and 4 drink tickets, each get you a 5oz pour of beer or 2 tickets for a full pour. Additional drink tickets will be on sale for $2 each.
Sat. 6/14 - BREAKSIDE WOODLAWN BLOCK PARTY
Breakside Brewing, 820 NE Dekum St, Portland, OR 97211
Breakside Brewery’s biggest event of this and any year Woodlawn Block Party celebrating their 15th anniversary at the original location on NE Dekum.
Join Breakside in celebrating 15 years with a full street takeover featuring games and live music, plus a bounce house for the kiddos! Specialty beers and food will be featured alongside premium offerings from local wine, cider, ice cream and more.
12pm - 8pm or sold out - Nacar Oysters shucking fresh bivalves!
1-4pm - NW Animal Collective with kittens for cuddling and adoption.
5-8pm - Mini Horses will be here for pets and snuggles
Kids can enjoy fun crafts and activities all day!

Matt's BBQ Tacos is celebrating Portland Beer Week with a Meatball Parm Taco collaboration with Pizza Thief available for the first 5 days of beer week at Great Notion Brewing Alberta St. pub. To join the party - Great Notion will be offering Northleft Hazy IPA and Easy Lift WC IPA at $1 off pints and $1 off 4-packs to-go all Beer Week long at all 3 of its Oregon locations.
Sun. 6/15 - PICKLE BEST! PICKLE BEER CONTEST

Loyal Legion Portland beer hall has 4 Pickle Beers from: FreeBridge, Lazy Days, Binary, and Living Haus Breweries will compete for top Pickle Beer.
Pickled beer, food, and cocktail specials will be available all day. Lil' P the Portland Gherkins Baseball mascot, Pickle Rick, and Herbert Apon V will be judging best pickle beer from 2-3pm but specials last all day. Lucky fans will win tickets to future Pickles games!
Sun. 6/15 - 2025 BREWERS GAMES

Portland Pink Boots Society and Portland Beer Week have teamed-up with Level Beer to present the 2nd annual Brewers’ Games!
With no tap handles to hide behind, your favorite breweries will get down and dirty at the sprawling Level 1 Beer Garden on Sunday, June 15th (Father’s Day) in a fierce match of wit, speed and raw strength of will. Many will attempt but only one brewery will be named Champion of the Games. Led by Portland’s women and nonbinary folks in beer, come experience the triumph, witness the defeat, and see who takes home the Golden Keg!
Expect: Crazy competition, excellent beer, food trucks and fun – Bring your friends and family, bring your lawn blanket and chairs, and we’ll kick off Portland Beer Week while supporting women and nonbinary folks in beer!
It’s one for the spectators and entry is FREE, with Pink Boots pint sales supporting the advancement of women and nonbinary individuals in beer and beverage. Eight brewery teams will compete in 8 separate challenges. Teams will be judged not only on speed, but overall form and flair. And seeing that its Fathers Day, the games will feature a special dads-only half-time event!
Mon. 6/16 - QUEER INDUSTRY MEETUP

Mosaic Taphouse hosts a celebration of the beer industry and all the queer brewers, reps, drivers, owners, bartenders, wait staff, cooks, and everyone else that identifies as queer that are such a big part of this wonderful industry. The patio will be reserved for the event, to give everyone a chance to meet and mingle!
Tues. 6/17 - Crisp and Clear: A Texas Pilsner Night
