UC Davis Announces 2020 Master Brewers Certificate Program
One of America's top brewing school's is UC-Davis in California, which has just announced a Continuing and Professional Education Master Brewers Certificate Program. This is a 15 week in-depth program to better understand brewing science and brewery engineering. The Masters Brewers Certificate Program prepares students to enter the brewing industry with the potential to rise to the highest levels of leadership within it - according to a an announcement.More from a press release:Applications for the 2020 program are now being accepted. The intensive program runs from February through May and covers major topics in brewing science such as malting, mashing, brewing, fermentation and finishing, as well as brewery engineering topics in fluid flow, heat and mass transfer and solid-liquid separation. The rigorous curriculum explores these two fields through professional-level equivalents of UC Davis degree-program courses.The objective of the Master Brewers Certificate Program is to enable students to become knowledgeable, thoughtful, accomplished and professional practical brewers who are eagerly sought by employers in today’s brewing industry. “I owe where I am to the Master Brewers Program.
