Portland and Japan collaboration festival Fuji to Hood is a beer festival featuring 17 breweries, one cidery, and one distillery from Japan, collaborating with 19 of Portland's finest brewers, cidermakers, and distiller on original recipes using select Japanese ingredients. Presented by Culmination Brewing, the Fuji to Hood beer festival also will also feature Japanese cuisine and Japanese-inspired music.
